Experience

Abdurrahim AYAZ is an experienced and qualified trademark attorney and attorney at law who has over 17 years of experience in IP field with a main focus on trademark, industrial design and copyright prosecution and litigation. 

After graduating Law School at Istanbul University, he lived in USA between 1997 to 2004, and studied law, economy and finance there. He also served as notary public and translator in New Jersey. 

He works as a court expert in civil courts for intellectual and industrial property rights in Turkiye, especially in trademark and industrial design cases. 

He has served in NGOs in the field of IP areas, and taken part in conferences and workshops related to IP as speaker and moderator, some are as follows.
