Experience

Mr. PEHLIVAN is an experienced and qualified trademark attorney who has over 10 years of experience in the IP field with a main focus on trademark and design prosecution matters. 

He has started his IP career as an in-house counsel in the IP Department of one of the leading white household appliances firms in Turkey. In 2011, he became a Trademark Attorney after he passed the Office Examination. After gaining expertise in the IP field as an in-house IP counsel, he has continued his career at our firm. 

He is frequently attending the IP conferences and meetings held nationally and internationally and accompanying his studies in the field, he is serving as the President of the Disciplinary Board of AIPPI Türkiye which is the largest IP Association among others in Turkey. He also takes part in the Congress Coordination Committee of the AIPPI World Congress in İstanbul which will be held in 2023.
