Experience

Ihsan Önder AKYILDIZ has extensive comprehension on intellectual property law, in particular patent law. He is working as a Turkish patent attorney since 2013. He has passed European Qualification Examination (EQE) paper A, B and C.

He has considerable experience in state of the art searches, validity searches, infringement searches, legal status searches, freedom to operate searches, infringement analysis patent drafting, response to the office actions, drafting oppositions and appeals.

He has completed the Praktika Intern programme at EPO-Munich on the classifications regarding “household appliances”. During this internship, he participated as an observer in oral proceedings, especially in oppositions and appeals.
