Experience

Oznur GENC ILHAN is an experienced and qualified patent attorney who has over 16 years of experience in the IP field with a main focus on patent prosecution. She was admitted as a Turkish Patent Attorney in 2009 and also completed the European Qualification Examination (EQE) and became a European Patent Attorney in 2017. 

She has advanced experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications, preparing opposition as well as conducting patentability searches, infringement and nullity analysis. 

She represents our clients at the oral hearings before European Patent Office.

She was appointed as a court expert in civil courts for IP rights, especially in patent cases.
